I took my Mini Cooper in after a/c stopped working. I waited 10 minutes while the owner held an extended call. After hearing my problem (and without checking the car), I was told that it was the alternator. I received a quote of $2200 to replace my alternator and my a/c unit. After approving repairs, I waited 3 days. I was told that they were waiting for parts. The price was now going to be $2600! Supposedly, the part was more expensive now than previously discussed. I told them to stop work and I wanted the car back. I was charged $231. I took my car for a second opinion to the dealer. They told me that none of the those parts were defective and that the total repair would be only $800. This is one persons opinion but I would never go there again.
