First let me state I love Chico's clothes. It is the staff in this store I am not impressed with. I have gone there on more than one occasion to just make sure it just wasn't a ""bad"" day for them too. They never once look up or offer to assist and heaven forbid if you ask them a quick question while wrapping another customers purchase up. I have asked our friends if they've experienced this too especially the ones who shop at their other locations and we all agreed the Cool Springs Chico has the rudest or rather unimpressive staff among all the other stores. Sad because this store is easier to get to for me but I will gladly sit through Green Hills traffic to be treated like a valued customer
