First of all, when you call the store you either get an old woman who yells at a dog when you're on the phone with her and has no clue what she's doing, or an old man who speaks to you as if you're his misbehaving grandchild. In person, the place is even worse. There is not one attempt to provide good customer service, and ""this new fangled computer system"" is apparently so difficult to use that it takes forever to pay with a credit card. If everyone that works there is part of the same family (old man, old woman, and younger woman in her 30s maybe) maybe that explains why they are ALL miserable to talk to while you are there. I'm not spending one more cent on beer or ice at that place, and it amazes me that with so many distributors in the area, they care so little about serving their customers with respect. This place is an absolute disgrace.
