I recently purchased a Ducati ST3 used from an awesome BMW-Ducati dealership in Charlotte and planned on using Champion as my service department here at home. What a difference in professionalism. I have made two attempts at getting an appointment for fork seal replacement over the last three weeks. Both calls went exactly the same- gave my name, number, make and vin# ( to check and see if they have parts available) to never hearing back! It's been three weeks since first call; the second call last week was like they had never heard of me, and again no response. Wow, guess I'll double my drive time and head to Moto Gizmo of Columbia?
