I was supposed to see a car on Tuesday and was asked to postpone till Thursday because of ""car repairs"" that had to be made. I made it very clear that i had a long drive to come see the car so I didn't want an appointment unless the car would be available. I was promised a 6:45pm appointment for Thursday to see the vehicle. We had constant correspondence and I was very impressed until I arrived at my appointment to find the car had sold that morning and no one bothered to call me. I made an 18 mile drive in traffic only to find out the car wasn't there. I guess they figured I'd come in and settle for something else. In my opinion this is horrible customer service, and even though I was ready to make a purchase at Honda, I left and went to a dealership down the street. I won't give my business to people who don't care. more
