Torri charged me $25 for a haircut with no blow dry. The sign says $17 for a haircut. I asked her why she is overcharging me she says she gets more cause she is the manager!! Firstly, she cut my hair before and didnt overcharge me so i guess management has gone to her head. Secondly, she did not tell me , nor is it posted that she she charges more. Also, I should not have been charged for a blow dry when I didn't get oNE. Totally unethical.
