When my vehicle was damaged, I went to Bay Cities Auto Body to have it repaired. They basically came recommended by someone with the same type of vehicle as mine, who had used them for similar repairs. Though my insurance agent had recommended a different shop, I felt better going somewhere that was familiar with my specific needs.
Bay Cities worked with me throughout the entire experience, and answered all my questions directly. I had specific questions about my custom grille, and Bob assured me that it would be put back together exactly as it was before. All in all, they had to replace both bumpers, as well as perform some front end and frame work. They had the repairs completed four days before the deadline, and they had my truck looking great.
The best thing about my experience was how willing they were to work with me on the payment. I had a pretty high deductible, and they arranged a payment schedule that really worked for me. You don't find too many companies these days who are willing to do that. The end result was great, and the people were, too. I would use them again if I required additional body work.
