We hired Mutts to cater my daughter's wedding reception...Huge Mistake!! They were 2 hours late getting to the venue and setting up, after we placed 4 calls inquiring where they were. We delayed the ceremony more than 20 minutes and they finally arrived to set up 20 minutes after the ceremony took place. They brought cheap Styrofoam plates & cups with their logo after being told we did not want to use their paper products. If the service wasn't bad enough they packed up everything after about an hour, including the sweet tea & lemonade so our guests had nothing to drink. When told we were very unhappy & were willing to pay only half the bill until I spoke with the manager the next day, the moron they had ""serving"" call his manager to come back to our venue. The manager then tried to blame the bride, stating she changed the time of the reception...TOTALLY NOT TRUE!!! The manager was unable to provide any proof of the change as his wife who had taken the message could not remember with whom she had spoken to about the alleged time change. The food was mediocre at best, but the service was horrendous. It is obvious these folks have absolutely NO concept of customer service and all they care about is turning a buck. My daughter's reception was ruined when she was pulled from her guests to argue with the manager for over 20 minutes. Against my better judgment, we paid the bill in full to get rid of this jerk. \r

Please take heart & NEVER consider this place for any catering job unless you're dead set on a hillbilly hoe-down with pork & beans from a can served up with some tasteless mac & cheese! And remember to bring your own drinks because theirs won't be sticking around!!\r
