While waiting to ride the trail two little girls yelled at each other over a tip they relieved the previous day and who would be getting it. Mind you this was in front of about 15 customers. [ I wanted to rip a dollar in half and tell them to split that ]
We made a set reservation. An hour and a half later we left. Upon walking up no one greeted our party. They wanted payment up front.
Money became a reoccurring theme throughout the trip.
It was literally ran by two 12 year old girls. The trail was nice, the horses were too. The entire experience just seemed impersonal.
