I've been down on internet for 5 days and they don't seem at all concerned. They want me to schedule a tech visit for tomorrow because they are busy and when I requested an after-hours visit they declined. Their service is good when it works, but we have had multiple problems with both internet and phone--and the service is friendly and ineffective. They just don't seen prepared to deal with problems and haven't built a stable system. In one year of service we have been down multiple days multiple times, the phone drops calls and connects without sound, and I'm looking for another service provider.
