Insisted on adjusting my shirts (4 brand new) differently from what I requested. I went with the""expert"" only to have 4 shirts ruined. They are barely wearable now. I took them to another tailor to find out that it could have been done the way I requested originally but now there is not enough fabric remaining. When I complained the counter person would not even confirm understanding the problem. I will never return. The responsiveness and customer service was horrible and the cost is very high.
