The only reason I gave Viking Floors a 4 for total experience was because we had a bunch of defective tile, but Leslie really went to bat for me. She was awesome! I can't say anything more about her, she was just so wonderful. She worked her buns off for me, and she did a great job. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and she knows the ins and outs. She knows so much! I can't give her more praise, she is just wonderful. Leslie is just a great employee, and they need to bend over backwards to keep her. She has made trips for me to go pick stuff up, and has gone far and above her job, and I appreciated that.
