Ok, so this place is in the middle of nowhere...which makes it so special. It is a hundred year old hotel that Dave has spiffed up himself and opened it up to guests. It is obviously a labor of love. This is a great place to go and chill and run around the countryside. Get your roadside geology book and check out all of the fun geology attractions and small towns that you never seem to get to. We had a blast just doing a big circle route one day. There is a pub in town that has fine burgers and pizza and plenty of beer and drinks.....so you won't go hungry or thirsty. So if you have run out of places to visit in the northwest...put the Waterville Historic Hotel on your list. Great Weekend get away!
