I did not purchase tires from Briscoe. My ex wife wanted help with getting tires, and I advised her to go to Briscoe. My communications with Briscoe was not as easy as it could have been. Often my emails went unanswered and I would have to call. Email works best for me, so that is what I use if the option is available. However, if no one responds, then I'm more likely to move on to another vendor. Since this was for someone else, I called. In the end she was happy, so no big deal.
