Fair Warning! Bad Business...... 7/14/2011

It was one of the stormiest days on record in Anderson Township (June 21st) however, the 2 men sent to move us said they had no choice - that the company makes them move people in this type of weather. So, we let them wait inside the house for over an hour during the majority of the lightening! I can't really blame the workers for the damage that was done to the furniture in this type of weather but the response from (Greg, the Operations Manager) has been extremely unprofessional. The crew told me we would hear from Greg in 2 days for the damages. I did not hear from Greg so I called him on day 3. He was initiallly nice over the phone - he told me that I would hear back from him by close of business the next day. After I did not hear back from him the folIowing day I called and left a message. After 3 more days go by I call and get Greg on the phone. He told me he forgot to turn me over to the Quality Control Manager, Eric. I asked to speak with his boss and he told me that he cannot give out his boss and/or the owners name over the phone. Finally I spoke with Eric. Eric sent the ""damage guy - third party company"" to see me. Nice guy. Said he could fix the furniture and stuff for us. This was on July 2nd. Today is July 14th and I have not heard one word from the company! I left Eric two messages so far and have received no response. I called the corporate office today and will see if anything happens now. Do not do business with them - I am giving you fair warning! They are cheap but this franchise is definitely not worth saving money for - all you get is no response when they damage your furniture! And there is a lot of damage! more
