Today was the day I went and picked up my dress. The dress turned out to cost $100 over the amount she had told me the last 2 times I had been in for fittings. I am one of the recent state workers that got laid off, so budget is important. Regardless of what a bride's situation is, budget is important! I felt she should have called me to let me know the difference in cost from what she had previously told me out of respect for the client.
I have not put on the dress yet but her work looks well done...I just thought that was pretty poor business and low to pull something like that! Look for someone else if you are on a budget, someone who will respect the client enough to keep them well informed!
