We hired 888-4-abatement to do testing of the air in our home before a remediation of the asbestos in the home. Kieth from Abatement was able to come out quickly and do the tests. The next day, he gave us the supposed ""results"" verbally over the phone. We asked for the official test results from the lab to be faxed or mailed to us. After several days had passed, we called him to follow up and find out where the official results were. He never returned our call. We then called the office number for 888-4-abaetment and spoke with the office staff to inquire about the results The woman who answered the phone was very rude. They never returned the call and never sent the official results Took are money and ran..
We ended up doing the key tests again after the abatement.Using
J M Environmental They did an awesome job wish we would have called them first.
Highly disappointed. Not recommended.Rude Personnel
