I have had coverage with your company ever since I was able to drive at age
16 I am now 30 J Lately, Ive been dealing with Janet Stone for anything I
needed done on my account. I just wanted to point out how amazing she has
been in helping me with everything and all without having to come in to
the office! I am a single mother of a 10 month old (I keep a 20 month old
every other weekend) and I am 5 ? months pregnant with another one AND I
work a full time job! Dealing with Janet through email has truly been a
pleasure. She has been professional, helpful, and funny J All of that
combined makes my life a little easier! I have to say the option of being
able to handle everything online has helped THIS single mom tremendously!
Honestly, had I not had that option and not been dealing with someone that
is SO helpful I probably wouldnt have any of this taken care of at this
point. With temperatures over 100 everyday and being very pregnant
stopping to get gas even seems like a chore. I appreciate your company and
ALL of the people I have worked with throughout the years. I've ALWAYS been
well taken care of! I even remember about 10+ years ago, where you sent out
checks to most of your customers because you had made such a profit you
wanted to share. Specifically though, Janet has been a joy and I am happy
