This is the second time we have had to use Blackie's for our TV, which is a Mitsubishi and covered under warranty. Every single time we deal with them we are not satisfied. They have horrible Customer Service, and never call you or update you on the status of your belongings, even though they've had them in their possession for WEEKS. It's going on 6 weeks since they have had our TV and there is still not a real estimated time as to when we'll have it back. Every time we call we are told something different. ""OH, the part is shipping this week."" ""OH, we won't call you until we're done with it."" ""OH, call the store or company since it's their issue that the part is taking so long."" The people are always shady and seem like total liars, even if they may be telling the truth, which I highly doubt. The way they come across doesn't make them seem credible at all. I wish that we didn't have to use them because they are the worst. I really wish they had some pride and wanted to make customers happy but it seems like they could care less. Our saga isn't even over yet, so stay tuned...
