My experience with Beyer Appliance has been very good. They always proved good customer service, and when I send over a work order, either via phone or via fax, they normally call the customer within the next day, depending on their schedule. I can't recall any recalls, so when they go out to do what needs to be done on the appliances, it is done correctly the first time. I've never had any complaints from any owner or tenant. If need be, I would call them to do work at my home! As far as customer service, they are terrific. The folks Daniel has in the office are always right on top of things, and I highly recommend him in all regards.
