The van I bought from Johnson City Honda had damaged rear tires which they claimed were not but one blew-out on the drive home from the dealership (just like the two front tires had done the week before), new front tires that were unbalanced (one with lug nuts on backward and one with no tire weights), & front end out of alignment. All this after their 128-point inspection. Johnson City Honda refused to contribute to the cost of new rear tires or reimburse me for having to get the new tires they gave me balanced or reimburse me for missing the alignment was bad.
