He hung out in the driveway talking on a call phone for a few minutes, then brought box and dish in. It took about 40 minutes to install the new dish and take off the old one. He had to work sitting on a steeply tilted asphalt shingle second story porch roof which he got to through an attic window.
There's just one big flatscreen on a stand. He pulled out the old box, hooked up the new, went through about a 5 minute set up with the remote, showed me a few things, and left. I don't know who you angry employees writing about a terrible boss are but my experience was very professional.
