I purchased a tv last week at Video Only. The service was great. I have decided to return the tv today, however, because the sound is lousy. We shall see how great they are when I want to return something. I am hopeful! It would be closer for me to go to the Eugene store, but their customer service reviews are terrible! More later when I return.
