Very inconsistent. Our dog has come out like he had been in a cage and not played at all-to the opposite end of the spectrum of lying practically comatose for 5-6 hours. Questionable conditions-came home caked with a thick, cement like mud all over. The office manager is professional but the owner argues and is not concerned with customer feedback. We also paid for extra services our pet did not completely receive (training,baths)-very poor communication and follow-up.
