After going to best buy to find a HD camcorder I went to Samy's to do some comparative shopping & while they were busy I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only were they running a no tax promotion but as they were out of the advertised unit they upgraded me to the next model up at the same price. Walked out paying over $100 less then Best Buy wanted for the next model down(on sale). I will be back for my next SLR, tripod and possibly a new 3D camcorder.
