I would definetly recommend using another roofing company instead of this one. There estimates are much higher than the others and the receptionist is extremely RUDE and lacks any source of people skills! I was able to speak to a much friendlier company and spokesperson, which readily agreed to provide a proposal ( got it within 30 minutes). Turns out that I saved over $1800.00 thanks to Ms. Pleasant Pants. Avoid this company and the cranky person that answers the phones!
