I am Al the owner, I am from the older generation where the customer is always right. In some circumstances people do not always get my sarcasim and take it personally. I try to be fair and help everyone who comes through my doors. We have been in business for 55 years and I have tried to train my staff to have the best customer service and communication we can. I pride in being one of the best pool stores in the San Gabriel Valley and I try to compete in pricing with the big box stores. I have older parts and equipment that others just simply do not have.
