I have a Bose Lifestyle Home Theater system that was professionally installed about 4 years ago. My HDMI converter (model VS-2) went out on me and I went to this store expecting to buy a new one. Just before the item was rang up, I asked the salesperson if he knew why the converter, before dying, had been giving me poor connectivity issues with my HD DVD player and TV for the past year. Long story short, Bose gave me a free replacement of my VS-2 converter. When I went home and installed it, all of my issues were gone! Worked perfectly!
