I've been to Spence Tires a few times over the years. The owner is rude, condescending, insulting, arrogant, and acts like he doesn't want your business. The other guys are almost as bad - gruff, short, and indifferent. The ones that are helpful don't stick around. Almost everyone I knew has had bad experiences there. I can't recall a single time I've had them work on any of my cars where they got it right the first time - and once you've paid them they act like they don't owe you a thing. I'm not really sure how they stay in business.
