Palestine Pitt Grill management, staff and customers openly violate federal, state, and local non-smoking ordinances for public places. Complaints to staff, management, Palestine Police Department, and city officials only result in harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse and refusal of service to non-smokers who violate constitutional civil rights of non-smokers, by staff and customers who's second hand smoke inside the building create life threatening conditions for minor children, elderly, and disabled people who happen to be customers at the time, to satisfy the smoker's addiction similar to the drug, alcoholic, sex offender, or gambler addiction.
