I have taking my desktop, laptops and external hard drives to Jerome ancrew, over the years. They have gone the extra distance every time. An example, a piece broke off of my motherboard, they soldered it instead of telling me to replace it, <$25. Recently, both external hard drives, with 20,000 photos and architectural work, crashed; they kept working on it and tried program after program and recovered ALL of it, charged me $100. Great guys!
