My transmission broke. I'm mechanically challenged, but I was never made to feel that way. Dirk my mechanic was very strait forward with the issues and costs and he even showed me where we could save some money by prioritizing the repairs.
Bottom line, I got a great repair for a great price, I know some other things are bound to come up because he showed me, but now I have a plan of action so rather than freaking out about it next time, I can bring it in and I know pretty much what needs to be done and how much it will cost.
Try getting that level of service anywhere else but your dads house and STR - it can't be done ..
