Friendly and highly professional staff. They treat novices as well as seasoned shooters with the same careful thoughtfulness. Every one of the staff listens to your individual needs. They don't try to sell you something you don't want. But, they will also offer gentle advice and opinions. If you ask for help making a gun or ammo choice, every one of the staff has the knowledge and gives good, sound answers.
The range is exceptionally well maintained and very safe. I've taken my wife, daughter, and mom there to shoot. Again, the staff treats everyone with the same respect and concern, and it is obvious that safety is Rule #1. But, that doesn't mean they are robots in they way you are treated. You'll find humor in their safety presentation, and a great relationship among the staff, too.
