Do not waste your time with these people. File through your insurance company get your car fixed and let them deal with the rude, incompetent and frustrating people at this company. My car was hit by their insured. After two weeks of phone calls estimates etc. they offerred my 300.00 towrd a 1600.00 repair bill. Their ""insured "" backed into me in a fast food drive thru. They were closing and she decided to back out instead of waitng like a normal person. unfortuantely she didn't look. When I asked for an explanation for the 300.00. I was told that their ""insured "" said I was pulling in and she was backing out when the accident occurred making it 50% my fault. Well I was not moving and how would she know since she never looked and never stopped until she hit my car. Anyway thankfully I have insurance with Geico and I called them and my car is schedule to be fixed in 2 days, rental car taken care of etc. Done deal. 5 minutes of my time and taken care of professionally and courteously. The rental company called with in 5 minutes of my conversation with Geico to confirm my reservation.also to all you idiot's have some patience, normal people dont back out of drive thru's.
