Active Bodez is a great fitness center! Scott, the owner and personal trainer, is knowledgeable, highly skilled and a great coach for adults of all ages, including not-so-young adults like me. At another fitness center I tried several years ago, no one seemed to notice whether I was there or not. Not so at Active Bodez! When you have to miss, Scott wants to know. Also, if you have a medical condition which limits what you can do, he adjusts your work-out plan to accommodate your limitations. His interest and concern and the care which he takes to make sure work-outs are safe mean a lot.
I began working out at Active Bodez nine months ago on the recommendation of a friend. With Scott's direction and encouragement, I have seen significant improvements in my overall health and fitness, more than I would have imagined nine months ago. I enjoy my work-outs and look forward to them.
