This started promising but then quickly deterioated into a bad deal. First they tell you one thing and delivered another, I had gone to the store personally to check on some carpet for my rental house and had picked a range of carpet for my renters to choose from since I was on a budget, then ask them to get in touch with my renters to schedule an appointment for showing the choice. For some reason the salesperson could not make the appoinment saying that he could not reach the renters by phone - BS I can call them any day or night, then after I finally get involve so the ball can finally get rolling - because the saleperson is incapable of contacting the renters - I find out that he brought different sample and tell me that the renters chose a more expensive carpet, call the renters they call BS again saying they never pick what he said. So he lies to me and lies to them, then show up with the wrong tile and install the wrong tile - more expensive tiles even though I specifically request a particular tile after the mess up in the showing. So I end up paying more for something neither I or the renter choose, and how convenient the saleperson no longer works then a week after the job is done. Call the company to try to get at leat a receipt of what I paid and it was like pulling theets just to get to send me a copy of the contract. AVOID! They are out to sc... you
