Unidentified car problems: While I was uneasy about who to go to, I did have a plan with Free Service from a previous city, so I decided to go to the Free Service tire in Knoxville located closest to me> GOOD DECISION!
The people here are very honest and helpful. Especially the manager. I will have no problem bringing my honda back here for more work. They quickly located a strange sound in my car and fixed it cheaply and effectively.
When I did not understand a problem, the manager patiently explained it to me, and even offered explanations before I asked. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer, and as a 23 year old woman, that is hard to come by at mechanic shops.
So while I do not recommend all Free Service shops, I do recommend this one because customer service and honesty are obviously important to them. (and to me!) Car is running great now!
