Horrible customer service.
They take on more work than they can handle and are extremely disorganized. They seem to think it's normal to strand customers for a week or so. They start working on your vehicle and if they have to stop for any reason, you go to the back or the line and then have to wait to get scheduled again for them to work on it. They have a deal with a local hotel and even the hotel staff said
