I am surprised that this place actually sells Toyota.. I was on the prowl for a Prius, new or used. I had done the research online and started calling around. The first call should have been enough.. within one minute the sales person was telling me that the Prius was one of the hardest cars to find, in fact, in Silver it was almost impossible. He said that he had one left, that was actually on hold for a customer and then he asked if I could hold on one second.. I was surprised when all of a sudden I was on hold.. I didn't even have a chance to say anything. The sales person came back on the phone and said since the car that was on hold didn't need to be delivered until next week he could sell me this silver Prius and relocate another for the customer who had agreed to buy this silver Prius before me. Are you still with me? My head was spinning... I didn't know how I felt about this. I paused for a second and the sales person said he could hold the car until this afternoon if I told him I was interested. The sales person said he could make me a great deal on this car considering how hard these cars are to find in silver and how the price of gas is going through the roof.. He suggested that I give him my information over the phone so he could get things set up and run this deal by his manager. I told him I would call him right back... and called another dealer.. I am not sure what the standard of service is for salespeople but based on other dealerships I visited, I think this dealer might not be as good as others..
