I was looking forward to a microdermabrasion and peel on my only day off. However, the receptionist scheduled me at the wrong location.
They were very appologetic, and offered me 50% off and extra services if I went to the other location. I didn't want to make the 1.5 hour round trip, but it was my only day off and I figured it was worth the extras.
After my treatment, I was offered 40% off of their products, but no discount off my service or any extra services. I felt rushed out the door before they even showed me any products....
I left feeling stressed, mislead, and as though my time and business weren't valued.
