First they told me they could get the smell of spoiled milk out of the carpet. ""No problem"" they said, at least 3 people told me that. $42 later the carpet still smells like spoiled milk. What really bothers me is that I paid to have the trunk shampooed too and they didn't even vacuum it out completely, and it definitely didn't get a shampoo. And when I called and left a message asking for a member of management to call me back - they didn't bother.
