We had reserved a family portrait with Sears Portrait Studio in North Point Alpharetta at 5:00 PM. We were late by 8 minutes as there was delay at one of the payment counters due to exchange issues. The lady Sarah was rude to deny us the service. We tried to get a re appointment by calling the same # as previously and were asked to come at 3:00 PM on Sunday. We came in earlier at 2:30 PM to be told that we had not booked. more
