I went in for a mani/pedi and the pedi was as it had always been- fantastic. I got the mani with the gel polish that they said would last 2 weeks. Not 5 days later, the polish was peeling from my fingers. The manicurist cut my cuticles and it was bleeding and there was blood underneath the polish.
I went back to ask for a refund and was told that if I was unhappy that I was not welcome in their salon. The service manager told me I had bad cuticles and that they did a perfect job. She said they only warranty their nail polish for 48 hours and so DON'T BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL LAST 2 WEEKS. She was incredibly horrible at customer service and I told her that. I walked out saying that I'd never be back.
I tried calling once to complain to the store owner only to find that the lady I spoke with in person was also the store owner. She said that she ""didn't want people who look like me in the store ever again"" and if I called ever again she would call the police and report my number. Wow.
