Basically, I had some hail damage to a nice car, and I was a little concerned about Beshears going into it, but they took care of it fine. There were a couple of little things that I had to go back and follow up on, but it was just the time frame that I think was a little different than my expectations. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, but that's normal.
