This branch of TD Bank is a disgrace. Everyone I've had the displeasure of dealing with is miserable. There is a ""customer service"" rep, Jane, who is especially arrogant. Avoid this branch. Thankfully, there's a branch on every corner of Pennsylvania... find another.
