Sam's Electronic's came to my house to ""repair"" my television twice. Needless to say, they were no help. The first time they replaced a part that had just been replaced, which was a waste of time and money.
The second time I called them, they wouldn't set up an appointment. They told me they would be out some time on Sat or Sun. When they came out, they told me they couldn't help me because my TV wasn't doing anything wrong when they were there, even though I showed him video of what the TV does. It freezes up and turns off and on at different times. It does the same thing on my blu-ray player as well as my cable.
Instead of trying to solve the problem, he just told me and the manufacturer that he didn't see anything wrong-even though this has been going on for a year and I had video to prove what was happening. If you want someone with limited knowledge, who doesn't want to put forth any effort, then this would be a great repair place for you. If you want someone to actually fix the problem, I suggest you call someone else!
