For the record Attorney John C. Kenny is the worst attorney I have ever seen. We went to trial without ever reviewing evidence, no trial preparation and as a result he did not have a single rebuttal to my ex-wife's accusations. In my possession was all the paperwork to repute her claims and Attorney Kenny failed!!! He should be disbarred!!!
As a result the judge took every accusation as ""fact"" and justified my ex-wife's stance on not allowing visitation. Oddly when I was pro se in Michigan the court found her in willful contempt...shame on Attorney Kenny for failing to do his job!!!
