I am highly unsatisfied with the service at this restaurant. The waiter seemed oblivious and as if he didn't really care for his customer. After ordering our drinks, it took nearly 20 minutes for them to be served. We then ordered after the waiter finally came back, and with one of the appetizers unavailable we made a different selection. We then proceeded to wait about 20 more minutes and had to go up to the bar for a refill on drinks because our waiter was inattentive. Our food eventually came out nearly 45 minutes after ordering, and our appetizer came out with the main meal. It is my understanding that an appetizer comes out prior to your meal.
The menu and atmosphere is great, but there is terrible customer service. If there wasn't another couple with us, we would have left.
