I got my cartilage pierced by Carrie a week ago. She explained the whole process, went through aftercare instructions, and answered my questions. All the equipment was sterilized. Also, shortly after my piercing (I usually get dizzy after donating blood and whatnot) I felt lightheaded so she ran to the restaurant next door and bought me tea and a pastry-type thing to get sugar into my system (so nice!). So far my piercing has not had any problems. Very quick and easy! I am very happy with it :D I definitely recommend Purple Haze for any piercing. The staff is so nice and extremely professional.
