I bought a new vw from Kimball 5 months ago, and i have holes appearing in the seats and carpet. Can not get the service dept to call me back.And that includes Matt the service manager. It seems once they have your money you are on your own. I have to keep calling VW of America to get things handled.
I should have listened to others who had problems with the service dept. This seems to be the way they do business at Kimball and that is pretty bad in this economy.
I will NEVER buy another car from them.
